All knife sold on this website come with a standard 2 year guarantee from the date of purchase. All knives are full guaranteed against any manufacturing faults that become apparent during this period.

Excluded from this cover are problems arising from improper use, dropping the knife onto a hard surface, use with frozen foods, improper washing and clearing and exposure to acidic substances or damp conditions.

If you find a fault with your knife, please return the knife to Knives From Japan Ltd T/A Tamahagane including proof of purchase for our inspection. If your claim is valid you will be offered a replacement knife or similar alternative if it is not available.
