Delivery

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch orders on the same day for orders received before 12pm otherwise they are dispatched the following day. However during busy times this may be extended. Orders are only dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday. No deliveries or orders will be dispatched on Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year. An email will be sent to the email address provided with confirmation that your order has been shipped and will provide you with a tracking reference.

Any items purchased may be returned to us for a full refund within 28 days of the original purchase. Items returned to us must be safely packed and sent in the original packaging, undamaged, unused and fit for resale. Black Micarta Handle

Handle made of Black Micarta with a wood grain effect. The blade goes through the handle (full tang) which is held down by stainless steel rivets resulting in a more robust knife.

AUS6 Stainless Steel Blade

Tamahagane San Sakura knives made from a single layer of AUS6 Stainless steel with a hardness rating of around 58HRC. The blades are finished by hand inside the Kataoka factory
